3.Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.Shipping is subject to weather conditions and vehicle availability.Due to various uncontrollable factors, such as transportation conditions, the actual delivery time may differ from the estimated time we provide.Therefore, the estimated time is for reference only and should not be considered as part of the contract or as a reason for returns.
4.Shipping costs
Shipping costs generally need to be calculated and adjusted.The website displays a uniform national shipping rate, but please contact customer service after placing your order to have the shipping fee calculated and adjusted based on your delivery address.For logistics and freight shipping, contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee to collect on delivery.
2.Regarding the price
Our store is a factory direct outlet.All product prices listed, except for those explicitly marked as "free shipping," are factory prices and do not include shipping costs or any other fees.If a company or retailer requires sample confirmation, the sample fee will be charged at the product price.Samples will be shipped via SF Express with freight collect.The sample fee can be refunded based on the order details after placing an order.Please contact customer service for specific sample requests.
3.Regarding receipt of goods
1.Please inspect the goods before signing for them!
Toys are inherently fragile items.If a customer signs for a package without inspecting the contents, and then claims the product is damaged after signing, this will not be accepted as grounds for a return or refund.We can guarantee that the product is in perfect condition when it leaves our warehouse, but bumps and knocks are inevitable during transit.If you discover any product damage upon inspection, please refuse the delivery immediately and contact us.If you sign for the package without inspecting it, you will be responsible for any return or exchange costs
2.If there are any missing items, please leave us a message within 24 hours of signing for the delivery, and we will promptly investigate the situation for you.If the packaging of the goods is damaged, or if any items are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the package, and contact us to resolve the issue
3.We will do our best to reinforce the packaging of the goods to minimize damage during transit.However, some damage is unavoidable during normal shipping.If damage does occur, we will resolve the issue by restocking the missing parts with your next order.We will not be sending replacements separately.We appreciate your understanding.If a customer requests individual replacement parts, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
4.Regarding Returns and Exchanges
